Promotion Period

Entries accepted from November 24, 2025 (12:00 AM CT) through December 31, 2025 (11:59 PM CT). Winner will be selected and announced on or before January 10, 2026.

Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of Florida.
• Must be the homeowner (property owner of record) of a single-family detached residence located within A Superior Mechanical's service area (specific cities/areas listed below).
• Multi-family dwellings (condos, townhomes, duplexes, triplexes, apartments, mobile homes in parks, or any property requiring HOA/board approval for exterior modifications) are NOT eligible.
• Employees, immediate family members, and households of A Superior Mechanical, its vendors, and advertising agencies are not eligible.

Eligible Service Areas

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a complete heating and air conditioning system replacement including:

• One (1) new HVAC system (winner may choose brand and model available through A Superior Mechanical)
• All necessary equipment, materials, duct modifications (if applicable), labor, permits, and removal/disposal of the existing system
• Total retail value not to exceed $10,000 USD

Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Any installation costs that exceed $10,000 (due to extraordinary structural, electrical, or code-related issues) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Home & Installation Requirements

The winning residence must meet all of the following:

• Single-family detached home (no condos, duplexes, townhomes, or multi-family units)
• Existing system must be accessible and removable under normal installation conditions
• Home must pass a pre-installation site survey performed by A Superior Mechanical (at no cost to winner)
• Any required electrical upgrades, major ductwork redesign, asbestos/lead remediation, crane rental, or structural modifications are NOT included and will be the winner's responsibility if they exceed the $10,000 prize cap
• Winner must allow installation to be scheduled and completed within 30 days of prize acceptance (weather and scheduling permitting)

If the winning home does not meet these requirements, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.

How to Enter

Complete the official entry form at https://www.asuperiorac.com/giveaway/2025/december or on A Superior Mechanical's official social media pages. One entry per household. Multiple entries will disqualify all entries from that household.

Winner Selection

On or about January 10, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 7 days. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize Claim Period

Potential winner must respond and claim the prize within 14 days of first notification attempt. Failure to claim within 14 days will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Taxes & Liabilities

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on the prize (Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 if required). Winner must provide a valid Social Security Number and sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability release before prize is awarded.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, winner grants A Superior Mechanical the irreversible right to use their name, likeness, voice, and city of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation (except where prohibited).

General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or ineligible entries.
• By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

• Prize includes only what is specifically listed. Any additional upgrades, accessories, or services are at winner's expense.
• Installation is subject to scheduling availability and weather conditions.
• Existing manufacturer warranties on the new equipment apply; A Superior Mechanical provides its standard labor warranty.

Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Bay County, Florida.
